Information for New Faculty
General Info
Portal
The portal is a general purpose site that includes links to many other resources. You can use it to access information about your classes and advisees, upload your syllabi and office hour schedule for students, and review your course evaluations if conducted through the College’s online form.
TCOnline
TCOnline connects you to Trinity’s PeopleSoft system. Through self-service, you can view paystubs, update personal information, and submit Academic Progress Reports. You will submit grades through the Faculty Center. This system has some overlap with information in the portal but is updated more frequently, which is particularly useful during registration weeks.
Advising
Center for Academic and Experiential Advising
For Faculty, the CAA provides a dynamic advising resource. Through holding seminars, hosting workshops, and providing one-on-one support, the CAA works to assist faculty advisors in best serving their students.
