Make A Referral Or Report A Concern
Administrator On-Call (AOC)
An Administrator is On-Call (AOC) 24hrs a day – 7 days a week.
To confer with or report an urgent concern to the AOC, please call Campus Safety at (860) 297-2222. Emergency or urgent situations can be directly related to a student’s life on campus, and/or related to their home/family life.
The AOC can contact the student(s) of concern to check on their well-being and can offer guidance. In some situations, it may be difficult to fully address the situation and take necessary action until the next business day.
Students, staff, faculty, and parents/families should contact Campus Safety for urgent or emergency matters.

Community Concern Report
Additional Referral & Reporting Resources
Report Bias Incidents Or Hate Crimes
The Campus Climate Incident Response Team seeks to promote inclusion and equity through its focus on the Trinity community’s response to incidents of intolerance and other incidents that offend our highest community values.
Report Concerns To Campus Safety
In our community, we share a responsibility to foster a safe living, learning, and working environment. We encourage all members of our community to report crimes and incidents that violate our college policies.
Reporting Alcohol and or Substance Abuse Incidents
Trinity College values the general welfare of our students. We recognize and acknowledge that their daily decisions impact their success both in and out of the classroom. As a result, we promote a community of care, one in which students are encouraged to be attentive to the wellness, health, and safety of Trinity community members in addition to their own.
In an effort to further promote a community of care, the college encourages bystanders, and when possible, students who are facing a medical or mental health crisis, including a Title IX related incident due to the consumption of alcohol and/or drugs, to take responsible action and seek immediate assistance. In these instances, students are encouraged to seek assistance without fear of disciplinary action as outlined in Trinity’s Drug Use and Alcohol Provision and Use policies. Students can seek assistance from:
- Campus Safety
- A Resident Advisor or Residential Learning Coordinator
- Other College administrators, staff, or faculty
Under appropriate circumstances, as described in the amnesty policies below, college sanctions regarding alcohol and drug use may not apply.
Please see the Student Handbook for more information on these policies.
Compliance with Title IX is a community-wide responsibility. We encourage all community members to report Title IX related incidents.
