Health Center FAQs
There is a $20 fee for new complaints and routine health maintenance (e.g. complete physical exam) visits. Fees are billed to your student account as a “health center” charge, we do not accept payments at the Health Center. The Health Center does not bill insurance for services rendered here. You do need to bring your insurance information with you to each appointment for labs and out-of-office care (referrals, diagnostics). We offer nursing triage, STD screening (without symptoms), pregnancy tests, and follow up appointments at no charge.
Several frequently prescribed and over the counter medications are available for at the health center. Your student account is billed for medications dispensed from here. Prescriptions are also e-prescribed to the pharmacy of your choosing using your private/student health insurance.
