The division aims to enroll, fund, support, retain, and graduate an academically talented and diverse student body. The division is a primary provider for student access to education, student services and programs that support retention and graduation, the development of an inclusive and caring community, and the overall welfare and safety of students. The division and its staff bring vision to new and ongoing initiatives intended to foster a shared identity and shared community across the Trinity College community.
The division is comprised of the following departments:

Athletics and Recreation
The Department of Athletics strives to educate and develop students for life through sport. We provide competitive opportunities for 30 varsity teams as well as numerous club teams, intramurals, and recreational programs. We also participate in the Wellness Curriculum by teaching physical education classes in several lifetime sports and providing other health and well-being programming.
Bantam Network
The Bantam Network encompasses a holistic residential experience for Trinity students. The Nest system offers an on-campus network of care and resources which fosters personal development while building community, and supports students from matriculation through graduation.

Spiritual and Religious Life
The Office of Spiritual and Religious Life supports spiritual growth and maturity within the Trinity College community in ways that are appropriate for each community member. Promoting experiential religious pluralism and literacy prepares students for engagement in multi-religious societies around the globe and empowers them to critically analyze religious traditions while practicing them, modeling respect and dialogue with practicing and non-practicing community members.
Student Accessibiity Resource Center
The Student Accessibility Resource Center (SARC) works to provide a caring, supportive and respectful environment while maintaining student confidentiality. Students seeking ADA accommodations meet with the SARC coordinator who guides them through the application process. Students approved for accommodations work with their professors to implement accommodations as needed and may make use of the testing center in the SARC office as appropriate.
Student and Community Life
The Office of Student and Community Life cultivates a caring, inclusive campus community. In an effort to encourage academic and personal responsibility, we collaborate with campus partners and families to support students’ engagement in active problem-solving and the identifying of resources as they navigate their college experience.
Student Leadership and Engagement
The Office of Student Leadership and Engagement (SLE) at Trinity College focuses on cultivating student leadership, fostering involvement, and promoting personal growth. It provides programs, initiatives, and resources to develop leadership skills and support active campus participation. SLE serves as a hub for student organizations, offering guidance, training, and mentorship to empower students as leaders and engaged community members.
