Personal Checks

Trinity College accepts personal checks or money orders for payment towards students’ accounts.  Trinity College does not accept post-dated checks as forms of payment.

Payments can also be made in person at the Student Accounts Office, located in the Trinity Commons Building in Room 111.  Office hours are:

  • Academic Year (September–May): Monday–Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Summer        (May 23–August 26): Monday–Thursday 8:00 am to 4:15 pm                                                                                                              Friday  8:00 am to 1:00 pm

E-Check

With the inception of electronic billing, students and authorized payers can now make payments from a secured computer or other electronic devices by going to the Trinity College Nelnet Campus Commerce website.  Returned e-checks are subject to a $40 NSF fee.
